Bing is in beta in the UK for microsoft but is up and running in the US  http://www.bing.com/?mkt=en-us  Fast and smart search engine, give it a try.  Appears to be more that just search, more like a service engine.  You can ask questions, make bookings, find information….  The search results page looks interestingly familiar…

Branded direct reponses to questions from users is set to be tested on twitter.  Getting recommendations from friends and followers might just work.  For it to be really powerful you need volume of questions and a raft of relevant advertisers….

The iPhone just keeps getting better

I am impressed with the new functionality for the new 3GS iPhone and the software and can’t wait to get it downloaded next week.
