  • Be Genuine, don’t try to be cooler than you are
  • Interest and empower your participants
  • Know what you want to achieve and mplement a measurement plan
  • Be prepared for a long engagement and Plan for transitions and exits
  • Build social campaigns to complement the rest of your online presence and other marketing
